OAK SELECT

Character: Natural colors without harsh color variations. It features moderate textural figuration and smaller knots. Flame pattern is permissible only in traces. There is a minor variation in color tint between lamellas. 
Knot: Healthy, well intergrown knots in sizes of up to 5 mm Ø, not healthy knots in sizes of up to 2 mm Ø are permitted. Groups of knots are permitted. 
Sapwood: Fundamentally, it is not permitted, but healthy tangential sapwood, up to 2-3 mm in width and 5-10 cm in length, is permissible.
